I have seen Hayley wearing that top a lot of times and I have always wanted to do one like it. But it's either I was busy or I didn't seem to remember. But today, I did it!

Haha, it is called Riot! the Musical after all.
We just buy white tank tops and black fabric marker and orange fabric paint. And... TADA. :)
